Hi ! I am Shubhendu Das and here is a little info about me.


I grew up in North India, pursued a B.Tech in Electrical Engg. (after qualifying JEE), worked a few years in India and then moved out to the US. I was at Bell Communications Research for 1.5 years in their FORCE project which was a Work Force Management software for large scale Telephone companies.

Presently working at Morgan Stanley in Downtown Manhattan, New York in their Institutional infrastructure department developing Business application Software.

Primary interests are in FLEX, Java, Servlets, .NET, Graphics, GUI dev. in X-Motif/ Windows SDK, Adobe SDK and Livecycle products, C++, OOD, Fractals, Wavelets, Derivatives and hedge funds.

Hobbies include: Listening to Classic Rock & Pink Floyd and playing a little guitar
